Standard Estimated Shipping Rates & Fees
Our shipping calculations are processed in real
time and rates are as low as $2.50 and up. Our preferred shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service
and offer several shipping options from First Class Mail to Express Mail.
To check your shipping rates, simply add items to your shopping cart and start
to checkout. Your rates will be displayed when you begin the checkout process.
Shipping rates are based on weight and location. (There is no commitment to
check your shipping rates. Your order will not be processed unless you click the
confirm order button at the end of the checkout procedure.)
US Shipping Options
- USPS First Class
Mail (4-9 Business Days)
Following credit card approval and merchandise availability, an order
shipped via USPS First Class mail will be shipped the following business
day, and delivered in four to nine business days. For
APO and FPO orders, we can only control delivery time to initial base, not
final destination.
Occasionally, we will run out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will
continue to reorder the backordered item until the item is received or until
our customer provides us with a suitable substitution or cancels the item in
question.

- USPS Priority Mail
(3-5 Business Days)
Following credit card approval and merchandise availability, an order
shipped via USPS Priority mail will be shipped the following business day,
and delivered in three to five business days. For APO
and FPO orders, we can only control delivery time to initial base, not final
destination.
Occasionally, we will run out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will
continue to reorder the backordered item until the item is received or until
our customer provides us with a suitable substitution or cancels the item in
question.
- USPS Express Mail
(1-2 Business Days)
Following credit card approval and merchandise availability, an order
shipped via USPS Express Mail will be shipped the same business day if the
order is received by 11:00 A.M. EST. If the order is received after 11:00
A.M. EST, it will be shipped the following business day. Express Mail
delivery offers delivery to most locations 365 days a year.
For APO and FPO orders, we can only control delivery
time to initial base, not final destination.

- USPS Air Letter Mail

shipped via USPS Air Letter mail will be shipped the following business day,
and delivered in four to ten e business days for most locations.
Please allow up to 15 days for delivery. We can only
control delivery time to initial base, not final destination.

Return/Exchange Policy
Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your online purchase. In
the unlikely event that your purchase is unsatisfactory, simply return it to us
in its original condition (product must not have been worn or used) within 30
days for a 100% refund. Federal Health regulations prevent us from exchanging
thongs and underwear, as well as any other merchandise that comes in contact
with male or female genitalia for your safety. We do recognize that individuals
will want to try their garments on to see if they fit, however please remember
to wear a liner or underwear when trying on an outfit that has a panty bottom.
We hope that most people are honest and respectful, will take the time to try on
lingerie carefully, without cutting the tags, to see if the garment is what they
expected. Items with cut tags or are not in original condition (packaging) will
not be accepted. Please be sure to wear footwear only on carpeting until you are
sure they fit.
- We will not reimburse any return shipping charges unless we have made an
error in product fulfillment.
- We will not refund any shipping & handling fees.
- You will not be charged any re-shipping fees when replacing
defective/damaged goods.
- Returns sent C.O.D. will be refused.
- We are unable to refund or exchange clearance or closeout merchandise
under any circumstances.
- Due to the seasonal nature of the items, we are also unable to refund or
exchange Holiday Garments and Costumes.
- Any Costume purchase made during the month of October is not eligible
for return or exchange.
- Any holiday specific items, such as Santa Suits are not eligible for
return or exchange.
- Custom orders or special request items cannot be returned or exchanged
for any reason. *
- For your own protection, you may wish to send your return back to us by
insured parcel post or courier if these services are available in your area.
- We are not liable for damaged item(s) returned to us or returns that are
not received.
- All refunds if applicable will be applied to the payment method used for
your original purchase.
We will make every effort to process your return quickly and you will receive
an e-mail notification on the status of your return. All requests for defects
must be made within 10 days of the receipt of your order. Any request beyond 10
days will be accepted at our discretion and processed in the form of an exchange
or merchandise credit only. No requests after 30 days from the date of invoice
will be accepted. The damaged item will be replaced and shipped to you at no
additional charge, once we have received the problem item. Should any return
deemed not defective will be returned you at your expense. All packages sent
to for return, credit or exchange must have an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number referenced on the outside the package. Any package
received by us without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be
refused and returned to the sender. Please email us to request your RMA number.
